Put your customer in frame.
Send a photo of a shopper and a photo of your product. InFrame returns a photorealistic image of that person using it, ready for email, retargeting, or your product page.
Where your customer sees it
The same image works anywhere you'd show a product photo. Two common placements, mocked up with the sample above.
You, in your kitchen
Tilt-head stand mixer, 5 qt, olive with walnut bowl
$449.99
Uses one photo of you. Deleted within 24 hours.
More examples
Each one is a single API call: the two small photos in, the large one out. Different people, products and settings, same request.
The people and products in these examples were generated by AI for this page. They are not real customers or brands.
Try it with your own photos
The sample photos are loaded. Swap in your own, pick a setting, and generate. Everyone gets one free try; create an account for 3 more.
How it works
-
Your customer opts in
A shopper uploads a selfie on your product page, or shares one through your app or loyalty program. You record their consent.
-
You call the API
Send the customer photo, the product photo, and an optional direction. Choose a setting and a size for the channel: square, 4:5 feed, 9:16 story, or 16:9 banner.
-
You deliver the image
We notify your webhook when the image is ready. Drop it into the product page, an email, or a retargeting ad for that one customer.
One request, one image
Generation runs in the background so your page never waits on it. Poll the result or receive a signed webhook. Outputs are hosted for 30 days; copy them to your own storage if you need them longer.
- ~10 s typical time to first image
- 1–4 variations per request
- 24 h before customer photos are deleted

Where teams use it
- Virtual try-on
- Shoppers upload a photo on the product page and see themselves wearing or using the item before they buy.
- Lifecycle email
- Abandoned-cart and replenishment emails that show the customer with the product they left behind.
- Retargeting creative
- One-to-one ad images for opted-in customers, sized for each placement.
- B2B sales outreach
- Show a prospect their own team with your equipment, in a deck or a follow-up email.
Consent is part of the request
Every call records consent. The API rejects requests without a consent method and reference, and keeps that record with the generation for your audit trail.
Customer photos are short-lived. Input photos are deleted 24 hours after processing. You can delete any generation and its images immediately.
Outputs are labeled. Every image carries IPTC and XMP metadata marking it as AI-generated, so platforms and customers can tell.
Pricing
Every account starts with 3 free images. No card required. Premium-quality images count as 3.
Enterprise
Custom
Volume pricing, video generation, a dedicated model setup, a DPA, and an SLA.
Contact salesBuilt-in protection for your bill
If someone keeps clicking your "See it with you" button, or a bug loops, you shouldn't pay for it. These are on from day one.
- Monthly spending cap
- Every plan comes with a monthly image limit. Requests stop at the cap, so a surprise never reaches your invoice. Raise or lower it from your dashboard.
- Per-shopper limits
- Send your shopper's ID with each request and each person can make five images a day, or whatever number you choose. One bad actor can't run up your bill.
- Free repeat requests
- The same photos and settings within 24 hours return the image you already have, at no charge. Repeat clicks cost nothing.
- Your key stays private
- Your server calls InFrame and passes the image to your page, so your API key is never exposed to shoppers. Our guide shows you how.
